Great care is taken creating and packaging your artwork to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. Please review our policy below before initiating a return.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Artwork: If your artwork arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will either replace the item or issue a refund.
- Incorrect Item Received: If you receive the wrong artwork, notify us within 7 days, and we will arrange for a return and replacement.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us within the specified time frame with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for Approval: We will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
- Ship the Item Back: Return the artwork in its original packaging (if possible) within 14 days of approval.
- Refund or Exchange: Once received and inspected, we will exchange within 7-10 business days.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
Shipping for Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage, defect, or our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
